American Highland Cattle
Our cattle are raised on a grass/ hay fed diet with some treats like Apples, Carrots and also free choice mineral blocks. Highland cattle have a very nice quality meat, it is very low in cholesterol and that makes it little more healthy. The Highland cattle do not have the marbling throughout the meat like other breeds of cattle so the meat tends to cook a little faster. We also offer Cattle for sale we have some registered stock and some not registered. This little cutie is a highland calf they look like little teddy bears and are just tinny when born. | Our Highland cattle are very sweet as far as cow's go. You can walk among them and most will come up and look for a treat. They love apples and carrots and any other good yummy treat they can get This is our bull he is out of registered stock but we did not register him. This is Trinity she is a herford and the calf at her feet is a herford highland cross.
